Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days from time of order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or email approval.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation  is allowed up to 24 hours after ordering.

Returns are allowed within 10 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund less shipping costs.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of the return. 

Defective or Broken Items - Submit an email with pictures of the defective item.  Picture must show the item unopened and in the shipping box.  Once approved, a full refund less shipping will issued to the buyer.

All seeds are counted and may be returned only if unopen and in the original packaging.

All items are photographed before being shipped.
